Safe Action offers a wide range of classes and practice opportunities. 

Introduction to Firearms: $65 (2.5 hr class) Basic firearms safety and operation. This is great for new shooters, new gun owners, those who need a refresher, and anyone with a gun in their home. This class is informational only and does NOT include any life fire shooting or range time.

Basic Pistol: $190 (8 hr course) For those who want to learn and grow in their pistol proficiency. These courses are geared around firearm self-defense but also apply to anyone who wants to become a more capable pistol shooter. Time at the range is included in this package.

Intermediate Pistol: $195 (8 hr course) Become more skilled with your pistol. Gaining more knowledge and practice time is important to improving your confidence, speed, and consistency. Time will be spent in hands on training. Getting on the range is critical. Time at the range is included in this package.

Oregon Concealed Handgun License CHL Certification: $95 (30 minute) Get your Oregon or Concealed Handgun License in a concise and affordable class. It is mandated by Oregon law to be CHL certified to carry a handgun in a concealed (discrete) manner, whether that’s a belt holster or in a pocket, bag or purse.

Firearms Simulator Full Package: $95 (2.5 hr class) Shoot a variety of firearms in a variety of virtual environments. Choose from training in target shooting, interactive games, competition shooting stages, and self-defense scenarios. This time is dedicated to your own private experience with personalized coaching. This course can be taught individually or can support two shooters at a time.

Women's Less-Lethal Self-Defense: $95 (4 hr): Created with women in mind, completion of this course delivers basic self-defense techniques, including non-lethal weapons, hand-to-hand protection, and situational awareness. Not everybody wants to or is able to carry a gun on them. Learn how to protect yourself with a few easy to obtain tools, mindset, and techniques.

Women's Armed Self-Defense: $155 (8 hr) Becoming a well-rounded protector is important. The Women's Armed Self Defense class covers basic pistol training, as well as hand-to-hand safety and less-than-lethal defense techniques. We will also practice pistol training in virtual environments using a simulator, including interactive target shooting and self-defense scenarios.
